My Gushy Secret

While the glands were first described by the French surgeon Alphonse Guérin (1816-1895), they were named after the Scottish gynaecologist Alexander Skene, who wrote about it in Western medical literature in 1880. Skene’s glands have highly variable anatomy, and in some extreme cases they appear to be absent entirely. So don’t get frustrated if you can’t at first.

In the photo below, they are found in the thing labeled vestibules. Which sort of makes sense from an etymological standpoint because vestibule means ‘entrance court’. Anyhoo…

What I have found to be the most effective way of stimulating these glands is to use the tip of the vibrator and to slide it anterior to posterior from the clitoris down to the vaginal opening. Most of the time I do penetrate my vagina with said dildo/vibrator…many, many times.

I have been known to not use vibration and still achieve the same results, but I also think the vibration helps the stimulation. Once I have used the false penis tip to start the process, I start using the length of it up and down without any kind of penetration.

Once I am getting close, I use the tip again and concentrate on the area between the clitoris and vaginal opening. When I begin to feel wet, I increase the speed and vigor of movements and when the time is right… I “push” and thus gush.

If I haven’t had sex or masturbated in a while, I usually have very, very large amount of fluid and that is when I can actually get some “distance”. 75% of the time it’s just a big puddle/dinosaur/wang/or other various shape.
